Books – The Best Weapon in the World i.e Weapon of Knowledge

I come across a lot of people asking, Dishant “whose is the opportunity”? Remember that you are at the best time of the era and the biggest asset you have is that you are young. there is a lot of  potential in the future. All you need to do is to expand your mind and figure out new opportunities and convert them into large success. So, I have prepared a list of books that are really helpful and every teenager must read for success.

1. Think and Grow Rich

Napoleon Hill

Written by “Napoleon Hill

Well describes the way to success. It is an astonishing book.

My Views :-

This book describes how a DESIRE is important. Every journey of success starts with a burning desire. Now what do you understand by burning desire! Many people ask me. ‘A burning desire’ is something that recognize no such word as ‘ impossible ’and accept no such reality as ‘failure’. The author describes 13 steps to success like desire, faith, auto-suggestion etc. Desire backed by faith lead to great success.

This book encouraged me to explore my, passion and I finally chose entrepreneurship as my career which I will be doing from the age of 18. You need a definite purpose, set a goal and do whatever it takes to achieve that.

So, explore what you are passionate about .Explore something that lies in your heart and soul and have faith in yourself that you are going to achieve it. Use the powerful tool of auto- suggestion to make your subconscious mind believe that you can also do this. Your subconscious mind is the powerful part of your body; you can transform thought into success by your subconscious mind. There is also a book “power of your subconscious mind” by Dr. Joseph Murphy which describes how much effect your subconscious mind has on you. I will highly recommend this book to everyone, teachers, entrepreneurs etc.

2. Rich Dad and Poor Dad

Written by Robert Kiyosaki

One of the best finance look that I have ever read. Author explains the importance of financial education and teaches to be successful financially.

We all learn in school to get good grades, get a high paying job, schools teaches us to be good employees. Author says not to work for money but to have money work you. Almost every one of us lacks financial education and later suffers a lot.

If you want to be successful then you leave to do something beyond normal stuff. You have to find opportunity where other can’t see. You need not to confirm to the conventions taught to you by the society stop following the crowd blindly and get out of this rat race.

3. Power of Subconscious Mind

Written By Dr. Joseph Murphy

As i told earlier, your sub conscious mind is most powerful part of your body. Author describes how it works some people are always happy and some are always sad, not because of money. Just because of their thoughts. If you control on your subconscious mind then you will be happy regardless of situation.

You can use your subconscious mind to succeed in life. If you want to achieve something, emotionalism your thoughts and mix with faith and that will immediately translate into their physical equivalent. As napoleon hill said “all impulses of thought have a tendency to clothe themselves in their physical equivalent.”

4. How to win Friends and Influence People

Dale Carnegie 2. How to win Friends and Influence people

Written by Dale Carnegie.

This book is really helpful for everyone as it teaches you to increase your influence, become a better speaker and to arouse enthusiasm among your friends. It is perhaps the best self improvement book that I have ever read.

My Final Advice to IIT-JEE Aspirants :-

You are young and have a lot of potential. Stop following the crowd and explore your passion and work for it. Does not study solely for the purpose of getting job; study to learn something getting into an elite college does not guarantee you success competition is everywhere. Explore new ideas and work on them, you can work much more than average adult because you are young. And as elison said “1% inspiration and 99%  perspiration”. Do not complain about your bad luck as it is just an excuse. An English poet, Henley well said “I am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soul”.

The most important thing is to have faith in yourself. Don’t be afraid of new arenas, get a book and learn something with FAITH in yourself.
